These are the most delicious things you’ll ever wanna smear jelly over. Or slap a piece of ham between. Or just eat hot out of the oven, pure and unadulterated.
They’re extremely simple, but be warned: they are made with heavy whipping cream and butter. Don’t eat these things every day. There’s a reason they’re called “Kill-Ya-Dead.” Recipe after the jump.
Lo’s Kill-Ya-Dead Cream Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 stick of butter (melted in a bowl, to be used for dipping)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a bowl. Stir in whipping cream until mixed. Form dough into a ball and roll out onto floured surface. Cut dough into biscuits. Dip each biscuit in the butter (making sure to fully coat biscuit), then placed on ungreased cookie sheet. Biscuits should be touching each other. Bake until a light golden brown.
Enjoy!!!
