Some of my greatest years were spent in the early 90’s in Atlanta, GA. During that time, R&B and Hip Hop music was burgeoning in so many wonderful directions. It seems that musicians were coming into their own and the time felt like a modern musical renaissance.
Many of those musicians have retreated back into the folds of society and some just work behind the scenes producing today’s stars.
Nevertheless, there was a lot of good music during those times and I’d like to pay tribute to some of the forgotten musicians of the late 80’s and early 90’s

These young cats out here don’t have a thing coming. They need to go back to the drawing board, because they all sound alike. There’s nothing like Old School!
Have a good weekend y’all. I’m out. Peace.
